2001 Miguel Torres S.A. Cabernet Sauvignon Penedès Mas La Plana – Spain, Catalunya, Penedès (12/7/2006)
Intense deep reddish purple in color. The nose is complex showing, chocolate, clove, green pepper, spices, and black currents. Rich int eh mouth but with fine tannins, and a finish that lingers for more that 30seconds. Cherry, chocolate, pepper, toasted nuts and vanilla all mix in the mouth. This is a special wine and one I would love to drink more often.
