2005 J. Miquel Jané Penedès – Spain, Catalunya, Penedès (11/12/2006)
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Steely color very clear. Nose is incredibly restrained and with time shows nice grapefruit, nectarine, and light hints of cut grass. Fully dry in the mouth with a nice medium acidity. Peachy with lemon hints, grapefruit, minerals, and a delicate refreshing finish. Really started to enjoy this as it came up in temperature.
