Light cream notes with nuts and smokey minerals on the nose. In the mouth it has a good acidity with some citrus, and a medium body. Creamy pineapple flavors on the finish. I hoped for more from this wine.

Catavino evolved from the wanderings of an American couple who craved a radical change in perspective. In 2005 they quit their jobs, moved to Spain and dug deep into the local gastronomy.
