How to taste

With some searching, I came across this site: www.catarvino.com

Hmm, you say it sounds similar to catavino…well, I only wish I had as cool graphics as he does! This site helps you learn more about the most fundamental part of wine appreciation: Tasting!, and with its nifty graphics, it really explains in detail how to break a wine down into its various components.

The man responsible for it is Mikel Garaizabal. Originally from the Basque country, he is both an author and a lecturer at the catering school at Gamarra.

Check out his site and see if you can learn anything!
