Alimentaria

Sorry to all for the long absence. Gabriella and I have been to the Priorat, Montsant, the Penedes, and now, the huge wine and food fair of Alimentaria. Needless to say, there is a lot to tell, so please have a bit of patience. I promise copius amounts of tasting notes, bodega profiles (including some more from my trip to the Alentejo) and much more. Also stay tuned for Catavino Radio! That’s right, soon [podcasting->http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podcasting] will arrive at Catavino, along with some new writers, and more information on regions and grapes. We’re very excited about the changes here and look forward to sharing them with you.

So till very soon….Ryan Opaz
