Thank you

Inspired by this post, I felt it was time to thank both the blogs that help inspire us at Catavino and blogs that give us good information everyday. Some of these blogs help send us traffic and some are just great resources when it comes to wines that don’t have anything directly related with Iberia.

Thank you to the following websites for making my time online more enjoyable and for helping to enrich the web as a whole!

Vinography – Alder always responds to comments and is always on top of the latest wine news. Based in San Fransisco, he manages to cover the world of wine in a well-written and clear manner. I believe he is one of the most read wine bloggers out there.

Winecast – Tim helped me start my podcast by offering to chat with me over Skype. Being from my home state Minnesota, I may be a bit biased towards his podcast, but I enjoy the fact that in less than 15 minutes I can hear about new wines that I haven’t heard of in the past. This guy has helped build the wine blogging community into a strong solid unit.

Fermentation – Tom Wark has become a favorite blog of mine to read. His marketing background combined with his love of wine has help me better understand the dynamics of how the wine trade works. It is both informative and well written.

LenndevoursWine Blog Wednesday, need I say more? This guy can write, and I am currently enjoying his 50 in 50 piece over at Wine Sediments.

Notes From Spain – Not about wine but a big influence on Catavino all the same. If you want to know about Spain, this is the place to do it. They have a great forum, 3 podcasts – including an excellent food podcast and a regularly updated blog. Ben and Marina also happen to be our neighbors!

Spittoon I’ve been reading Andy’s blog out of the UK for a couple of years now. He always has some interesting information on wine and currently, is doing his best to get people pairing food with wine more often. I commend his effort and appreciate his writing.

There are many more that I would like to include but the list is too long. However, I will list a few more that I thoroughly appreciate: Tempranillo, Fork and Bottle, Steve DeLong, FTLOP, and many, many more!

Thank you all and I look forward to reading your websites for a long time to come!
