It’s true, we have a lot of Palm trees in Barcelona, enough for a troop of monkeys to be well satiated with ample amounts of coconuts, that is if we had either monkeys or coconuts. What we do have, however, are gorgeous white sandy beaches, freshly grilled sardines, plump juicy olives and enough refreshing wine to keep us well hydrated until next summer. We also have a laundry list of festivities in Spain to keep anyone happily dancing their way through the streets – one of which I’ll be celebrating tonight!
Why do I bring this up? Well simply put, I am lounging under a swaying palm tree as we speak, enjoying a glass of cava at our local cafe nestled in our brand spanking new park, while Ryan is off gallivanting throughout Minnesota, appreciating both friends and family. What this means is that our posts have been, and will be, a little sporadic throughout August.
Rest assured we will be back, and content will be flowing. But for now, we hope you’re playing under a sprinkler, digging your toes in the dirt or simply enjoying your favorite vino under a setting sun.
