How to shop in Catavino’s Online Store

After you’ve chosen the product you want to buy:

1. choose how many items you want (don’t be shy!) 2. click on Add to Cart 3. once you’ve finished shopping, click on the button on the top right side to View Cart 4. here you can see what’s currently in your cart and calculate the approximate shipping cost according to the country of destination 5. decide if you want to Proceed to Checkout or dive back into the store and continue shopping 6. if you decide to finalize the order, click Proceed to Checkout and fill out the form with your billing and shipping details 7. in case your Shipping address is different from your Billing address, tick the box after Ship to a different address? at the top of the page. 8. at the bottom of this page, choose the payment method:

    • if you choose Direct Bank Transfer, just click on Place the Order and the bank details will be shown on a new page and sent to you by email, with a Confirmation Receipt
    • if you choose Paypal, click on Place the Order and you’ll be redirected to Paypal’s website. You’ll be making the payment to Vrazon Digital Wine Media account (payments@vrazon.com) our parent company.

9. after your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email saying your Order is Complete and your items will be shipped to you (check the Shipping section for more detail).

How much does the delivery cost?

The shipping amount is calculated according to the destination country, the items purchased and the packaging used to send them. The total shipping cost is indicated on the order summary page prior to order placement.

Which countries do you ship to?

If the country exists, we will do our best ship there!  You can even shop from a remote island in the Caribbean and ship your items to Iceland! We’re that flexible!

I’m paying by Paypal. Why am I being redirected to an account under the name of Vrazon Digital Wine Media (payments@vrazon.com) and not Catavino?

Don't worry, Vrazon Digital Wine Media is our legal company name. You're still working with Catavino.

I have a coupon. Where can I use it?

After you’ve chosen the product(s) you wish to buy, add them to the cart and click View Cart:

  1. insert the discount code on the left side and click Apply Coupon
  2. the final price with the discount will display on the right

When will I receive my order?

We’ll do our best to make sure your order is delivered within seven (7) working days. Delivery times vary depending on the country, location of the recipient, and acts or omissions of Customs. Please remember orders are not shipped, nor delivered, during holidays when we’re enjoying a bottle of Cava.  

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you. The returning process is as follows:

  1. Products must not have been used;
  2. Send us an email to store@catavino.net letting us know your name, why you want to return the item, and your order number;
  3. Ship the items to be returned back to us to Rua da Fábrica, s/n, 4000-201, Porto, Portugal. Please consider that the shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the product is defective;
  4. Once we receive your return and confirm that the Return Policy requirements have been met, we will send you an email with the canceled invoice;
Refund times depend on the payment method selected, and can take up to 14 business days.

Will I be refunded?

Yes. If you wish to return any purchased items, assuming they have not been used or damaged, the cost of those items will be refunded.
