In 1917, the Cooperative of El Masroig was founded, and now boasts of over 200 members with approximately 500 hectares of vineyards.

The winery speaks of two main methods of vinification: traditional fermentation where grape bunches are destemmed before fermentation, and carbonic maceration, where bunches are kept in tanks prior to pressing and fermentation.

Wines are made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnatxa Negra, Samos, Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), Syrah, Macabeu and Garnatxa Blanc
