100% Garnacha, aged for 210 days in French barrels. Dark ruby in color with a slight burnish bricking around the rim. Dark rhubarb, black cherry, licorice and black pepper aromas waft out of the glass, under a dark mineral base. In the mouth, the wine is as soft as baby’s butt, showing only a touch of acidity on the front palate and hint of tannin on the mid. As for flavors, your guess is as good as mine, as I barely can pick out subtle hints of dark berries. 2.5/5

Nice garnet color and with medium intensity. The nose is very fruity with cherry and middle eastern spices. In the mouth the wine is somewhat light with medium acidity and a fine though light tannin structure. Somewhat bland on the palate with only the lightest touches fruit from the nose, primarily bing cherry, and hardly any of the spice. Simple wine that is not offensive, though a bit pedestrian. 2.5/5
