Barrel Fermented Rosado- Bodegas Lopez de Heredia
Gabriella
Tempranillo (30%), Garnacho (60%) and Viura (10%). Aged in barrels for 4 and a half years, being racked twice per year and fined with fresh egg whites. Pale onion skin in color with a light salmon rim, showing delicate aromas of honey, cranberry, cream a hint of lemon rind. Fresh and crisp in the mouth, with fine tannins and a lovely round, silky mouthfeel. Lingering cranberry and cinnamon finish that leaves a huge smile on my face. This is a wonderful, traditional style rosado! 4.5/5

Tempranillo, Garnacha, Viura
Onion skin color, very light, and rose is a very liberal use of the word. Strawberry mint nose that with time begins to show coffee, cinnamon, and cocoa. In the mouth this wine is somewhat full with a vanilla, cherry and strawberry quality, with lot’s of coffee, and cocoa on the finish. Great acidity for a wine this old and over all something I would love to taste more of. 4/5
