Hey, I found this recipe today with a recommendation to eat it while drinking a nice Rioja wine. Looks like a good idea. Personally, I would go with a Crianza so that you still have a bit of strong acidity to help cut through the rich flavors, but that’s just me! Spanish Lamb stew recipe
