Ryan, I really like the sense of movement given by the slow shutter speed but I also think the crop contributes to that as well. I like the color treatment you've given it too!

I hate being delete10 on a decent shot, but the blur is very distracting. If it was really exaggerated, it might work, but being just slightly blurry makes it distracting. delete10
