Cooked Pinnekjot
Lamb that is slated and dried, then it’s soaked, then steamed on slats of wood in a big pot, then roasted for a short time in the oven. Finally it’s served with sauerkraut and potatos. Oh and to drink, aquavit and beer….Really an amazing treat!
