Photographer: Jordi Cohen
Capture Date: Setember 2007
Location: Via Laietana, Barelona, Spain
About: This was the second time the photographer took pictures at the “correfoc”, having learned a few tricks from last year’s challenges. Cruising Via Laietana, he saw a group of devils light their torches using the fire expelled from the Fire Breather. After one failed attempt at capturing the image, he was fortunate to grab the second beautifully.
Technical considerations: The picture was taken in raw with a Canon EOS 5D, a ISO 1600, f 3.2 1 / 8000, no flash, and 16mm focal length. Possibly not ideal, but it worked. It was subsequently processed using Photoshop.
